One-Page Site Builder
Turn your product brief into a responsive one-page website and a portable content document. An original, free Skillrove workflow with an editable fictional example.
Build a shift-ready support desk from reviewed tickets and policies. Calculate business-hour first-response SLAs, route priorities, group confirmed issues, inspect policy-linked replies and export escalation packets plus knowledge drafts from resolved cases.
Twelve fictional tickets · actual SLA and replies · three knowledge drafts
index.html + queue.json + queue.csvresponses/<ticket>.txt + .mdescalations/<ticket>.mdknowledge/<ticket>.mdhandoff.md + quality.jsondelivery-manifest.jsonSupport leads preparing a shift handoff from reviewed tickets and policies.
Reply and knowledge outputs remain drafts; the package does not contact customers.
Capabilities: reviewed impact-based P1–P4 routing, business-hour SLA with IANA timezones, weekends and holidays, exact deadline outcomes, confirmed issue groups, policy-linked response drafts, escalation packets, resolved-case knowledge drafts and queue filters. Existing responses retain their historical SLA result.
Deliverables: interactive index.html, queue.json and .csv, per-ticket text and Markdown replies, escalation Markdown, knowledge drafts, shift handoff, quality notes and a SHA-256 manifest. The fictional Beacon example contains twelve tickets, two reviewed issue groups and three knowledge drafts. Original input bytes are not copied to the delivery.
First run: Python 3.10+ standard library with installed IANA timezone data. Run scripts/build-desk.py --input examples/desk.json --demo --output ./support-desk. Search and filter the queue, inspect each customer draft and its source policy, then download the handoff. Omit --demo for real reviewed tickets.
Validation: actual generation, independent weekend/holiday and daylight-saving calculations, exact due replies, preserved historical breaches, priority downgrade rejection, invalid policy/issue references, best-effort masking, actual reply downloads, keyboard views and mobile tables. Classification and semantic policy support are reviewed by your agent; references alone do not prove a claim.
Version 1.0.0: original Skillrove tools and examples under MIT, with adapted Apache-2.0 support methodology and pinned notices. First-response timing only; no resolution SLA or contractual certification. Inspect every export for privacy. No email, refund, ticket mutation or knowledge publication is executed. $4.99 one-time; active Premium memberships cover this package.
FROM PACKAGE TO FIRST RESULT
Generate twelve fictional Beacon tickets with reviewed policies, actual business-time calculations, response drafts and three knowledge handoffs. Then use authorized ticket data and current policies for a real shift.
These steps use a project folder. Open the project in your agent and run terminal commands from its root.
Package folder .agents/skills/support-operations-studio
Download and unzip the package into the folder above. Keep all its files together, with SKILL.md directly inside that folder.
Downloads require a verified account and purchase access. Choose a new folder if this Skill is already installed.
Read SKILL.md, review the generator and check its runtime requirements before running:
cd .agents/skills/support-operations-studio
python3 scripts/build-desk.py --input examples/desk.json --demo --output ./support-deskFilter unanswered overdue tickets and priorities, search issues, inspect the ticket desk and policy-backed draft, then download its actual plain-text reply. Use arrow keys to open Knowledge and review all three drafts. Reconcile due instants and confirmed issue groups; browser filters never remove records from exports.
Python 3.10+ standard library, offline, with installed IANA timezone data. The helper validates reviewed annotations and policy references; it does not infer incident truth or guarantee redaction. First-response SLA only. Original input is not exported. No message, refund or provider action is executed.
If support-desk already exists, change the output to ./support-desk-2. Existing files are never overwritten.
Use Support Operations Studio at .agents/skills/support-operations-studio. Read SKILL.md and review scripts/build-desk.py. Run examples/desk.json into a new output folder and show me all generated files. Keep fictional sample content clearly labeled.
