How this independent Skillrove store handles your information.
Support conversations
Support requests and replies are private to the account holder and authorized support staff. We store the topic, reference information, messages and status to handle your request. Email notifications contain a link to the private conversation. Direct emails to our support address are forwarded through Cloudflare to the operator’s support inbox. Do not include passwords, API keys or card details.
Optional usage analytics
When optional analytics is enabled and you allow it, PostHog receives public page paths and selected events such as sign-in, skill downloads and opening checkout, associated with an anonymous browser identifier. We remove URL query strings, fragments, referrers and submitted content from these events. Email addresses, passwords, payment links and support messages are not included. Automatic interaction capture, person profiles and session recordings are disabled. Network requests to PostHog necessarily expose network metadata to that provider. Your choice is stored locally; you can decline or withdraw it through Analytics preferences in the footer. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences disable this analytics. Essential sign-in cookies are managed separately.
Account information
We store your name, email address and securely hashed password to provide account access. Sessions and verification links support sign-in and account recovery.
Google sign-in
When you choose Google sign-in, we request your Google account identifier, email address, display name and profile image. We use this information to authenticate you and populate your Skillrove account. Account connection and authorization data are stored on the server to support sign-in and account access.
Account emails
When configured, Resend or the operator's SMTP provider delivers email verification and password recovery messages. The provider receives the destination email address, subject and message, including the authentication link needed for the requested account action.
Your activity
Bookmarks, reviews, download history and skill requests are linked to your account. Request screenshots and public reviews may contain information you submit; avoid uploading personal or confidential information.
Payments
When configured, Stripe processes checkout and billing. This store records customer IDs, order status and access periods. Card details are handled by Stripe.
Access and retention
Administrators can access operational account information and moderate submitted content. Contact the operator to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Backup retention is managed by the operator.
