A thoughtful form with a path for every answer

Use Survey Path Studio at .agents/skills/survey-path-studio. Read SKILL.md. Create a branching survey from my reviewed questions. Confirm audience and purpose, minimize personal information, set explicit forward routes, test every path and changed answers, then export the form and locally verified response handoff. Ask for essential missing facts, preserve unknowns, and prepare a reviewed input. Check dependencies, generate into a new folder, inspect the actual files and explain any failed checks. You may open the bundled local studio for editing. Do not publish or purchase external services.

Copy this request to your agent after installing the package. The local studio runs on your computer; the public preview is an example, not a hosted generation service.

    Open studio.html and choose a form. Edit questions and destinations, preview each branch, then export the participant form. Save and inspect local test responses before using the form with real participants.

    Browser editing and portable exports need no dependency installation. Save HTML and project JSON to keep your work. The optional command-line builder is described below.

    If my-survey already exists, change the output to ./my-survey-2. Existing files are never overwritten.
