Capabilities: five visual worlds, English narration and reference translation, three timed beats per ten-second clip, exact adjacent transition checks, frozen character and voice blocks, editable local studio, current-proposal approval, individual prompts, subtitles and an optional silent offline animatic.
Deliverables: director proposal, editable project JSON, review SHA-256, complete production package, per-clip TXT, SRT/VTT, working HTML/Canvas studio, handoff and delivery hash manifest. Optional local renderer adds H.264 MP4, poster, chapter stills and full-decode evidence. Three different practice stories are included.

First result: tell your agent the story, audience, duration, ratio and style, or open the included local editor with node scripts/start-studio.mjs. No API key or dependency installation is needed for authoring and export; optional MP4 rendering uses Python, Pillow and FFmpeg.
Validation: actual generation of all three 30-second practice deliveries, complete decode of 720 frames each, real browser edit/review/export, downloaded-source rebuild, stale-approval and continuity rejection, inert text handling, preserved prior outputs and file hashes. An authentic editor recording shows eight actual actions, slowed for reading.
Version 1.0.0: MIT adaptation of kaomei / Stickman Video Director, with retained contributor notices and original Skillrove editor, exporter, illustrations and examples. Upstream remains freely available. The price covers this packaged workflow and tools. Public films are silent local storyboard animatics, not generated-model footage. They illustrate selected motifs rather than arbitrary written actions. Model access, paid generation, actual voice consistency and publishing are separate. $4.99 one-time; eligible active Premium membership includes this package.
