One-Page Site Builder
Turn your product brief into a responsive one-page website and a portable content document. An original, free Skillrove workflow with an editable fictional example.
Turn product ideas and evidence into a release-ready planning room. Compare RICE priorities and capacity scenarios, trace dependencies, inspect complete PRDs and acceptance criteria, and export engineering tickets plus an exact change review.
Fictional roadmap · actual specs and scenarios · explicit tradeoffs
index.html + roadmap.jsonscenarios.json + changes.jsonbacklog.csv + tickets.csvspecs/<id>.mdstakeholder-brief.mdinput.json + previous.json + quality.jsondelivery-manifest.jsonProduct and engineering teams preparing a reviewed delivery plan.
Plans and scores use supplied judgments; no work tracker is automatically updated.
Capabilities: evidence-linked initiatives and goals, RICE prioritization, dependency-cycle rejection, three capacity scenarios, team allocation, unscheduled reasons, deadline risks and previous/current comparison. Each initiative includes a problem, owner, scope, non-goals, requirements, acceptance criteria, risks and open questions.
Deliverables: interactive index.html, roadmap.json, scenarios.json, backlog.csv, tickets.csv, one Markdown PRD per initiative, stakeholder-brief.md, changes.json, original inputs, quality notes and a SHA-256 manifest. The fictional Beacon example has nine initiatives, eighteen requirements, eight evidence records and three release windows.
First run: Python 3.10+ standard library. Run scripts/build-roadmap.py --input examples/plan.json --previous examples/previous.json --demo --output ./planning-room. Use Lean 70%, Baseline and Expanded 125%, filter goals, read specs and inspect changes. Omit --demo for your own plan and generate into a fresh folder.
Validation: actual generation, independent RICE arithmetic, capacity reconciliation, dependency order, cycles, blocked descendants, deadline risk, safe text exports, keyboard views, focus preservation and mobile layout. The greedy scheduler suggests indivisible team work with finish-to-start dependencies; it is not an optimal resource planner. Targets and scores are estimates, not measured uplift.
Version 1.0.0: original Skillrove engine, schema and examples under MIT, with adapted Apache-2.0 product-planning methodology and pinned notices. No tracker updates or external publication are performed. $4.99 one-time; active Premium memberships cover this package.
FROM PACKAGE TO FIRST RESULT
Generate the fictional Beacon roadmap with nine initiatives, eighteen requirements and three release windows. Then replace its estimates and evidence with your own reviewed product context.
These steps use a project folder. Open the project in your agent and run terminal commands from its root.
Package folder .agents/skills/product-roadmap-studio
Download and unzip the package into the folder above. Keep all its files together, with SKILL.md directly inside that folder.
Downloads require a verified account and purchase access. Choose a new folder if this Skill is already installed.
Read SKILL.md, review the generator and check its runtime requirements before running:
cd .agents/skills/product-roadmap-studio
python3 scripts/build-roadmap.py --input examples/plan.json --previous examples/previous.json --demo --output ./planning-roomCompare Lean, Baseline and Expanded capacity, filter goals and inspect what moves outside the plan. Open all initiative PRDs, including blocked and deferred work. Use arrow keys to switch Roadmap, Specs and Changes. Download engineering tickets and reconcile effort, dependencies and exact changed fields with the source inputs.
Python 3.10+ standard library, offline. The planner uses reviewed inputs and a documented greedy heuristic; it does not validate strategy or implement features. Estimates and outcome targets need review. Original inputs remain in the delivery. No tracker write, customer commitment or payment is executed.
If planning-room already exists, change the output to ./planning-room-2. Existing files are never overwritten.
Use Product Roadmap Studio at .agents/skills/product-roadmap-studio. Read SKILL.md and review scripts/build-roadmap.py. Run examples/plan.json + previous.json into a new output folder and show me all generated files. Keep fictional sample content clearly labeled.

The listed individual package price is USD 4.99. Premium downloads require a confirmed purchase or active membership. Your agent subscription, model access and external provider credits are separate.
This release lists Codex, Claude Code, Cursor as intended installation hosts. Check the package’s dependencies and permissions before running it. These labels do not certify that every workflow has been tested in every agent.
The documented 1.0.0 workflow lists: index.html + roadmap.json; scenarios.json + changes.json; backlog.csv + tickets.csv; specs/<id>.md; stakeholder-brief.md; input.json + previous.json + quality.json; delivery-manifest.json. Some files or exports are optional; follow the package’s setup and inspect the delivered result.
