Estimates: supplied decimal quantities and rates are rounded to integer cents; discount precedes supplied tax. Stable largest-remainder payment allocation stays nonnegative and sums exactly to each total, including tiny budgets. USD, EUR, GBP and CNY use two minor digits.

Requirements and run: Python 3.10+, ReportLab and python-docx. Install requirements.txt in a virtual environment; python scripts/build-proposal.py --input examples/proposal.json --output ./sample-proposal. Runtime is offline after setup. Supply a licensed local TTF with --font for PDF glyphs outside the default Western character set.

Examples and validation: a fictional client brief and an actual Skillrove product reference with illustrative project fees. Native PDF and Word renders, exact scope/budget/calendar/payment checks, independent client trial, input/escaping/cleanup and protected-download tests.

Limits: estimates and dates require commercial review. This workflow does not determine tax treatment, sign or send a contract, store client acceptance or charge money. Word uses Arial without embedding a supplied PDF font; native pagination can differ and must be inspected after editing.

Use Client Proposal Studio at .agents/skills/client-proposal-studio. Read SKILL.md. Draft a proposal for a fictional Northstar app launch. I am an independent design studio. Compare a focused landing page, a coordinated launch, and a full creative handoff. Ask me for missing rates, source requirements and dates before making commitments. Show scope gaps, exact estimates, acceptance criteria and editable PDF/Word deliverables. Ask for essential missing facts, preserve unknowns, and prepare a reviewed input. Check dependencies, generate into a new folder, inspect the actual files and explain any failed checks. You may open the bundled local studio for editing. Do not publish or purchase external services.

    Select each offer with mouse or arrow keys; inspect scope gaps, fees, acceptance criteria and dates. Download its matching delivery PDF/Word and reconcile integer cents in calculations.json. Edit brief.json and regenerate into a fresh folder. Render and visually review native documents before client delivery.
