# Service Blueprint Studio

Build an editable four-lane service blueprint with parallel timing, accountable owners and reviewed recovery rules. Use a local form editor and visual timeline, export source, then generate complete SOPs, native PowerPoint blueprint/handoff pages and a 32-second training film.

Canonical page: https://skillrove.dev/skills/service-blueprint-studio
Version: 1.1.0
Package price: USD 4.99 per individual package
Installation hosts: Codex, Claude Code, Cursor
Output: An accountable service blueprint and training handoff

## What it does

- Zero-dependency editor launch; role/stage/lane/policy forms; full four-lane visual blueprint; topological and RACI checks; exact parallel-path estimates; interactive recovery handoff; local rehearsal and explained practice.
- Source ZIP and local workbench, native editable PowerPoint blueprint table plus complete operating handoff pages, full SOP and RACI/CSV/timeline, rehearsal export, 32-second policy-summary film, captions and manifest.

Best suited to: Edit service lanes and owners with ordinary fields. Explore the complete four-lane blueprint, recalculate parallel timing and inspect a recovery handoff. Includes a 32-second result film and actual browser operation recording.

Scope limits: Morrow is a fictional workshop service. Policies, recovery decisions and timings require operational review. Practice feedback is local self-study, not certification or observed service performance. No customer, ticket or backend is contacted.

## Documented deliverables and requirements

- workbench.html + workbench.js + workbench.css
- source-bundle.zip exported by browser; project.json + optional CSV/images
- presentation.html + presentation.pptx + editable native domain pages
- full domain CSV / JSON / SOP handoff
- actual MP4 + captions + chapter stills + input/render evidence

Runtime requirements: Local Python editor · offline video and PowerPoint generation

Working example: https://skillrove.dev/skillrove/samples/service-blueprint-studio/v1.1.0/workbench.html

Python 3.10+ starts the editor without installing dependencies. MP4/PPTX generation uses pinned Pillow, python-pptx and local FFmpeg. Result films are renders; walkthroughs record actual local browser actions with practice input. No paid API, agent execution or publication call. Non-ASCII film copy needs a permitted font with its glyphs.
