- [ ] Import tokens.css and components.css; use documented theme IDs.
- [ ] Implement all intended pages with loading, empty, error, disabled and success states.
- [ ] Verify token aliases and exact exported values; review changes.json before an update.
- [ ] Check supplied opaque color pairs; resolve failures rather than rounding them into a pass.
- [ ] Inspect actual computed colors, text sizing, focus visibility and keyboard order in the browser.
- [ ] Test a 390px layout and text zoom; keep horizontal overflow inside deliberate data tables.
- [ ] Test labels, error association, native form behavior and announcements with assistive technology.
- [ ] Verify reduced motion; inspect gradients, images, opacity and component hover states separately.
- [ ] For Tailwind v4, compile the supplied adapter in the target app and inspect the resulting styles.
- [ ] Export a reviewed screenshot, source files, DESIGN.md and a specific list of unresolved checks.
