# Live review

Use the eight manual checkpoints in the browser. Record build identity, tool and exact observation; retain not-run for unperformed checks. Do not represent this bounded HTML parser as axe, a rendered DOM scanner or WCAG certification. Integrate a trusted live checker when the task needs runtime scanning.

A downloaded manual-review.json is tied to exact source hashes. Rebuild with --manual and the same source tree to include it; changed bytes invalidate the observations. A removed source page is out of scope, not resolved. Baselines require the same project and scanner version. Findings match a unique authored element ID, or a per-tag source ordinal; reordered anonymous elements require manual reconciliation. Each finding retains its own source hash, including resolved baseline findings.

Source copies are exported as .txt and never executed in the report. Generated text, findings and input must be reviewed before any public disclosure of real customer source code.
